This collar is a Magic Buckle, which means it can convert from a flat collar into a limited slip collar by opening the Sam Brown buckles and switching it from one O ring to the other.

It has a very limited adjustment range and is suitable for a 17-18″ neck (or 16″ if you like a loose fit). It contracts 2.5″ smaller when in slip mode.
