Lifetime Guarantee

Your Paco Collar comes with a Lifetime Guarantee! We hope that you’ll never need it, but should something break due to construction error, we’ll repair or replace your product (you just cover shipping to and from).

That said, we do have limitations. If your dog chews up the collar, we can fix it, but pricing will be based upon the damage. The lifetime guarantee also doesn’t cover loss or theft of the collar, or damage to the collar that occurs when used as a tie out. If a rhinestone falls off, by all means, get in touch! We’re also happy to swap out colors for a nominal fee. We have a full menu of repair services that can bring your collar back to life again.

Also note that tan leather varies greatly from hide to hide, and may turn quite dark over time. You can prevent this by removing it before your dog goes swimming or plays in the mud, and then it should retain its lighter color for years to come. Also, we do not recommend burgundy leather for white dogs or dogs that swim as it can bleed when wet.

**Please note that the lifetime guarantee does not cover Fi trackers or the brackets that attach the tracker to the collar.**
