Hours for appointments:
The shop is generally open 12-4 Tue, 11-4 Wed/Thu, 12-6 Fri/Sat
HOWEVER!
We often travel for shows and have a small staff, so refer to calendar on the appointments page for updated hours of availability.
Drop-ins are welcome, but appointments are given priority. Please let us know if you need any special accommodations (i.e. if you have a reactive dog, we can arrange to close the shop during your appointment so there won’t be any surprises).
We highly encourage folks to make an appointment online, as we can only accommodate one group of people at a time, and priority will be given to folks who have made an appointment. Drop-ins are welcome, but expect to wait outside if we are currently with customers (and if we have back to back appointments, then it could be a very lengthy wait).
**If you have a collar that needs repair, please contact us via email at info@pacocollars.com, or use the form on this page, and we’ll provide you with an alternate address to send it to since we are not in the studio every day to receive packages.**
