While this collar cannot guarantee the same kind of protection as the above mentioned patron of animals, it will get your little guy noticed (which, in itself, may be a life saving act). This 3/4″ wide collar tapers down to a 1/2″ buckle and features flashy 3/4″ stars and rows of flat spots. So good looking it should be canonized.
